Our Promise

Our Rosaries are guaranteed to last a lifetime under normal use. Because we know accidents happen, we will repair any broken EmberHeart Rosary free of charge — including providing a prepaid return shipping label.

To qualify for free repair, you must return all original beads, the crucifix, and the centerpiece. If any pieces are missing, we will work with you to source suitable replacement parts at your cost (we only charge you what we pay for the parts).

Simply contact us, and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Pack up your rosary and drop it at the post office. We’ll repair it with the same care it was originally made with and return it to you within 4-6 weeks, as good as new.
