At Emberheart Co., we understand that some pieces carry more than metal and beads — they hold stories, prayers, memories, and generations of love. Our Heirloom Redesign service gives your broken, worn, or old rosaries and jewelry a beautiful second life.
Whether it’s your grandmother’s well-loved necklace you’d like turned into a daily rosary, or a damaged family rosary you want reborn as a necklace worn close to your heart, we handle each project with the care and reverence it deserves.

About the Process
1. Inquiry
Simply click INQUIRE below and fill out the contact form. Tell me about your piece and vision. I’ll reach out to you promptly.
2. Initial Consultation
Send clear photos and details of the item(s) along with your ideas. We’ll discuss options, design possibilities, special requests, and any meaningful elements you’d like preserved. This includes a complimentary call if desired
3. Custom Quote
Based on our conversation, I’ll provide a detailed custom quote including a break down of costs, one design sketch or visual mockup if helpful, and estimated timeline. All quotes are free and non-binding.
4. DEPOSIT + DESIGN
Once you approve the project and quote, you’ll receive a secure invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in my schedule and begin work. This covers the custom nature of each project and the time invested in your unique piece. At this time we will dial in your design to perfection including sketches and mockups.
5. final Design + Payment
After any final adjustments, I’ll send you a final proposal for approval. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
6. Send Us Your Heirloom
We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Carefully pack up your piece and mail it to us. Creation will begin upon receipt.
7. Creation + shipping
Your heirloom is carefully disassembled, repaired, and lovingly redesigned. Your new piece will be shipped within 1-3 days of completion, beautifully packaged with a note about its journey.
Our Pricing
Because each Heirloom Redesign project is fully custom, pricing varies based on materials, complexity, and time required. A free detailed quote is provided after the initial consultation. Below are an estimation of costs for your reference.
BASIC REPAIR / REWORK $45-$95
Simple restringing, minor repairs, cleaning, and minor redesign using mostly original parts (e.g., broken rosary back to functional rosary). Includes: 1-2 hours labor, basic findings/wire.
STANDARD REDESIGN $125-$250
Convert rosary to a necklace/bracelet and vis versa, moderate redesign, some new beads/crucifix/medal. Includes: 3-6 hours labor, moderate new materials.
FULL HEIRLOOM TRANSFORMATION $275-$550+
Complex redesign (e.g., grandmother’s necklace fully into a new rosary with custom layout), multiple pieces combined, significant new elements. Includes: 6+ hours labor, premium materials, detailed consultation.

how long will it take to create my custom piece?
Please allow for 4-6 weeks between time of payment and the completed product. Handcrafting your redesigned heirloom with the utmost care and quality is deeply important to me.
What if i need it sooner?
No problem, let me know your timeline and we can discuss rush order fees. These are usually based on an increased cost of materials. Please note that it's not possible for me to have a custom piece in under 2 weeks.
